Including Depositions, Court Appearance, Travel

• Some assignments may require a retainer prior to any services being performed.
• All statements will include States Sales Tax of 8.25% on actual investigative services and computer research. Actual expenses will be added to fees quoted.
• All fees are due upon receipt of statement. Accounts thirty (30) days past due are subject to penalty and interest at the maximum legal rate.
• In the event legal action is taken for collection of fees, the client agrees to pay Edwards Enterprises reasonable attorney's fees and all cost of collection including interest at the legal rate.
  
• Attorneys requesting services for their clients are directly responsible, not their client, for payment of fees.
